Step 1: Launch from a home-screen shortcut you created yourself. Not from a search result, not from a WhatsApp forward, not from an SMS link. Typo-domains in this category are aggressive and a lookalike sign-in page is the cheapest account theft there is.

Someone else is already signed in. On a shared handset, browser autofill will happily put a family member into your wallet. This is the strongest argument for a password manager and against saving the password in the browser.

Account locked or under review. Almost always a payments or verification flag rather than a login fault. Raise a ticket with your registered number and the approximate time of your last successful sign-in, and do not open a second account while you wait.
